It’s on the down slope of the hill behind the Art Museum (assuming the front is facing City Hall.) There are a few sculpture gardens back there near the dam on the river along with the Azalea Garden.

The statues are of Revolutionary War heroes interspersed with cherry trees. The one garden behind it (on top of the underground parking garage) is more modern pieces and includes the giant electrical plug.

Cool. Thanks. Sounds like it’s near the Waterworks. For whatever reason, I have not biked in that area, even though I usually end my rides at the front of the museum.
