Some bloggers are, in fact, writers. I mean, look at Ann Coulter…she’s published on that exclusive media called the internet. Yes, someone collects her rantings and turns them into books as well…okay, maybe she’s not the best example. But several of the regular ‘bloggers’ at dKos have published actual books in recent years. Some are actual journalists who blog when they’re not writing for money. And like it or not, when you start penning opinions here, you, too, are dipping your toes into the pool of writerdom.

I do believe R.A. Salvatore, fantasy author of a pretty decent book that somehow got published fifteen or sixteen times with different titles, is a regular dKos blogger.
