You laugh, but that’s pretty much what the Freepers are saying right now. That the fact that the judge has denied requests for the records proves that records exist, and thus there must be something in them that the court doesn’t want people seeing.

I imagine that Chucky, when he finally does address this failure, will declare “victory” on getting the court to admit records exist, then speculate that Brown has a history of violence that is being hidden in those records.

Records suppressed at the behest of President Obama and AG Holder, of course.
