The chapter heading in our listening comprehension text this week was “All you need is love.” Naturally, I had to introduce my 18-20 year-old Chinese students to The Beatles. Showed them music videos of “All You Need Is Love”, and “She Loves You,” because they sing part of the earlier song in “All You Need.”

The lyrics are easy to learn for EFL students, BTW. I’ll bet Sir Paul and John had no idea about that at the time.
