Uh, bullshit. Bill appointed two Supreme Court justices, both in his first term: RBG and Beyer. Both have generally been the most reliable liberal votes in recent years. Both also voted against Citizens United, the court case Bernie has frequently said his SCOTUS nominee would knock down.
