Oh wow, the Indiana AG Rokita:

I dunno, but wouldn’t this clearly show bad faith and or malice if this manages to get into a civil or criminal court?

Rokita initially complained on Fox News on Wednesday night that [redacted] was an “abortion activist acting as a doctor” who has a “history of failing to report” child abuse cases—a claim he did not substantiate.

He also called it a “horrible, horrible scene caused by Marxists and socialists and those in the White House who want lawlessness at the border.”

He claimed the Department of Child Services didn’t respond to requests for similar documentation.
Rokita also repeated his claim that the “horror” was “caused here by illegal immigration.”

Update: The prosecutor for Indianapolis, where the abortion took place, said his office alone has the authority to pursue any criminal charges in such situations and that [redacted] was being “subjected to intimidation and bullying.”
