I checked into the tuition of the local culinary school - I think it was around $25k/yr. Not a cheap education.
BTW, the local community college has a culinary program - $19/credit.
This is what I don’t know…
The Associates degree at the SF CCA is 47K but the cretificate is a ‘mere’ 22K. What I need to find out is if it is absolutely necessary to get the Associates degree or am I safe with the certificate (re: finding work - do employers demand the degree or does the certificate suffice).
