If by “orchestrated” she means “thought about what he was saying and did so in a comprehensible, clear manner” she’s right.

Sarah, on the other hand, is all about freedom from syntax, grammar, and clearly ascribed meaning…and that’s why her supporters love her.

She means she thinks the question was planted, as opposed to, presumably, Obama’s team realizing that he would be asked to comment, and thinking about what he should say.

If it’s not completely off the cuff, it’s all LIES, you see.
