That’s supposed to suggest that President Obama is not as manly as Presidents Reagan and Bush the Younger. The thing is, that photo is deceptive. There are also photos of Obama sawing lumber while building Habitat For Humanity houses*, and the person assembling the photos tellingly does not use such a photo.
