There’s a crucial difference between trying to overturn current political hierarchies within the two major parties via the elector process and trying to overthrow the government itself by force. Trump has not tried or threatened to do that latter.

And that’s as far as I’m prepared to go on this topic. I’m not interested in defending Donald Trump.
