Did everyone see this? It’s Drudge’s headline right now. The Democratic party plans to dry to depict the GOP as the “party of Rush Limbaugh,” and give Rush a lot of free publicity in the process, because they feel that the majority of on-the-fence voters will hate Rush if they start paying attention to him.

Unfortunately, I think it will be an effective strategy. I personally can’t stand Rush Limbaugh, even though I agree with some of his political views. He’s not a very likable person. And what are the Republicans going to do in response? There is no more sickening, detestable person to make the face of the Democratic party than Barack Obama himself.

NYTimes and Wapo have been running peices about him all week. Didn’t read them though.
