Whenever I hear or read of a U.S. president — any U.S. president — kvetching about “settlements” I want to yell back at him “You are president of a country that SETTLED from Plymouth Rock to Waikiki and called it Manifest Destiny.”

Most of the people who talk of “settlements” see America as a bad thing and think Europeans should have never landed in the New World. They see the West as evil, fools that they. And as always when these terrorist atrocities are committed:
