I knew it was out there, and I really have to make the effort to sit down and watch it, along with He Knew He Was Right. I’ve read the entire 47 novel canon once, and I’m going through it again at the moment (roughly 5 years per reading). Remember that once you’ve finished the Barchester Chronicles and The Pallisers (12 novels, most of them very long), you’ve only read slightly more than 25% of his output.

Man, isn’t that the truth! You’re a bit ahead of me, well actually way ahead of me - as I’m still on the first go round. Love the 25% stat! It reminds me of our first trip from California to Texas (where we now live). We’d driven through California, Arizona, New Mexico, and finally hit El Paso. My wife said, “Phew, glad we’re finally here in Texas.”

I said, “Dear, we may be in Texas, but we’re still a little less than half way there.”
