Was thinking a lot about Grover Norquist and his pledge that no tax increases should be allowed without a corresponding tax increase.

But what about the Iraq War…an increase in spending that was balanced by…another tax cut?

And one which left us with an enormous deficit that is held up every time federal benefits, the budget (or Obama family travel plans) are discussed
