This is the fake BC created by Lucas Smith back in September 2009. Orly Taitz used it in one of her many lawsuits (Barnett v Obama). The Fogbow/Politijab tore it apart within hours of it surfacing. Sadly, a change in software rendered that thread almost unreadable, but Doc Conspiracy has a very nice write-up on it here. obamaconspiracy.org

So, yeah, this one has been floating around for a long time. There are so many things wrong with it, I don’t even know where to begin.
