I found a deal on the Target brand version of Instant Pot (34 dollars!) and I was skeptical at first. Best 34 bucks spent on a kitchen gadget ever.

This question is for anyone who has a pressure cooker. I have an older, high end (Cuisinart) pressure cooker. I am trying to discern the difference between an Instant Pot and a regular pressure cooker. Mine will brown and pressure cook on high and low. There is a timer. Anyone know?
