Just heard from a deputy who is at the property. The RV is registered to our neighbor, whose son in in the 3/7 Marines. The son is going to move the RV by tonight so I suppose we won’t press charges. The deputy says there are no footprints nearby indicating that anyone is going in and out. Still doesn’t explain the water usage, however. I just wonder why they didn’t ask about parking it there. They have our number.

Good then. Much easier that way and your neighbors should have at least asked.
