Phase 3: Unemployment falling drastically, Economy rebounding, etc (and Profit)

I’m still hoping that someone would be able to fill in Phase 2. And preferable nothing that has to do either with WW3, welcoming our new Chinese overlords, or cockroaches being busy ruling the earth after WW3.
