The difference about this category is that his constituents get to do the firing. They did the hiring. It has to be pretty bad for his co-workers to give him the boot.
Well, we are getting a bit into semantics here. Either they are his bosses or his co workers. Not both. Although I think his real coworkers, the other Representative, actually can fire him.
I suppose it comes down to the natural tendency of people not wanting to admit they were misled. It’s always easier to excuse than fire, or forgive than excommunicate.
