It’s amazing how the Republicans the most paranoid about Muslims are in parts of the country that have so few of them. Meanwhile those of us who have had Muslim friends, neighbors, and even family our whole lives, we’re not as paranoid because we’re not stupid right wing assholes who get our information about Muslims form morons like Pam Geller and Robert Spencer and other self fancied Islam experts.

I was in Potomac Mills today for work and I lost count of the number of women wearing hijabs.

Meanwhile, if you come down to Spotsylvania County, where it goes from suburban to rural, you have assholes protesting an Islamic Community Center, which has been in the county for over a decade, moving to a larger facility.
