What you originally meant is - If Turkey was really and truly and ally of Israel, then even at a conference on nuclear non-proliferation Turkey would not raise the issue of Israeli nuclear weapons, and might even help avoid the issue somehow.

I have meetings to go to - deadlines don’t wait.

I’ll just say this - why is Turkey NOT bringing up the other nations mentioned as well?
Allies work behind the scenes to bring change to their partners.
By forcing ONLY Israel to sign and comply with NPT and not others is a major shift in relations.
