Repeating the “all options on the table” talking point, despite acknowledging that Mueller made it as clear as he can that Trump broke the law and only DOJ policy prevented his indictment. So they believe Trump broke the law…but they’re not going to do anything about it because doing such wouldn’t be politically advantageous.
