Speaking of beer and cigs… how’s your exercise plan working out?
Non-implemented, as of yet. I have been sedentary for about over a year, and gained a bit of weight. That, along with my age and habits is a bad combo, so I am not going to jump back into weights just yet.
My plan is to start slow by simply walking, then bike riding. I just need to stop procrastinating and get too it. The good news is that I already eat healthy. The worst part of my diet is beer.
Anywho, thanks again for answering my questions in that other thread. I faved your replies for future reference.
