Do you guys think that the republicans in congress will actually vote against this. It is one thing to make thing up about the health care bill. But this very clearly states the obvious, and i think most people in America much less the world would like this.

If this treaty is what Brookly thinks it is, then it will be voted down. If it’s what I think it is, it will probably be ratified.
