That is beyond inexplicable to me. Like I said, I’m going to be doing some ESL teaching to some city cop recruits on Tuesday, and I’m going to ask them what they think about that. Czech cops rarely use deadly force, but having taught Czech cops in the past, I know it’s something they consider to be perhaps the most serious kind of incident.

I hope you will share what you learn? I would find that most interesting, and I think other folks here would also.
