Congress should convene and be in session only once every 3 years.

They would then have to pay attention to those matters that are most important.

Instead, they seem to always be there in DC, so bored they must think up things to do, and we suffer.

Each carrying a shield of thin flimsy cardboard (don’t want to frighten anyone) modeled on the Roman scutum.

With the entire text of the Bill of Rights (amendments 1-10) laminated on it.

Stand for 3 days. Peacefully. Quietly, No messes. Certainly no giant puppets.
