ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WIVB) - Federal prosecutors have dropped charges against a Rochester area man accused of threatening former President George W. Bush.

24-year old Ian Rutunno had turned himself in to authorities near Binghamton, while driving to Washington, D.C. armed with a shotgun and handcuffs.

Prosecutors say Rotunno made the threats last October while at work in the Town of Gates.
