That’s the thing. If you sign up for 2017, they’re contractually obligated to carry through to end of year. Earliest year they can repeal coverage is 2018. Though given the way this GOP, Bannon/Trump is acting, contracts and obligations don’t mean a damn thing.

Because the GOP can’t figure out what to do, they’re fucking with the 2018 market by delaying action either way - to repeal or not. Because all these plans have to plot out their coverages and rates months in advance.
