An acquaintance of mine, an economics professor and brilliant guy — and retirement age, supports Bernie. He’s a nice person but very left on policy and someone who supports tariffs. He views everything through a socialist lens.

Notice I didn’t say stupid. I think yeah they view everything through a socialist lens. The irony is this. Bernie would be able impact less progressive change than a more moderate candidate because of how rigid he is. I don’t want a rigid ideologue.
