If my view of intersection is unobstructed and there is no traffic in sight, I generally do not stop.

And I’d write you a ticket.

The reason for this, and the mask mandates that might seem unreasonable to thinking people is that most people don’t think, or they try to take advantage of the situation.

“Everyone else is wearing a mask, I don’t have to.”
“They seemed far enough away to me.”
“The lobby is so huge, it might as well be the same as being outside, especially with all of the doors.”
