I still for the life of me, and almost every day think to myself, where did this guy come from?

If you really get down to brass tacks, this guy has no significant background, no real accomplishments, and no substantial voting record.

Seriously, how the hell does someone like this get elected to run the country?

It is surreal.

It kinda reminds me of the initial over-the-top adoration we sometimes profess for the Hero of the Day. Someone we’d not heard of the day before writes a great article or makes a really statement on TV, and suddenly there are posts, mostly tongue-in-cheek, saying, “So and So for President!”

We know we’re not really serious. But the silly leftists heard a guy they barely know give a cool speech and elected the great unknown to the office of bloody President of the United States of America.
