Part of me wants to suggest just sinking this ship. The draw-back is that that would kill the innocent crew.

Take one of our capital ships and park it off the coast of Somalia and just let the gun crews have at it. Keep shooting until every ship is released.

If they want us to stop, then sail out and make us stop.
