Assuming he’s speaking figuratively, such that “Dancing” means “celebrating”, there were some people on the left who did celebrate scalia’s death to some degree. They were, however, not representative of the lefy, let alone literal representatives and leaders of their party.

I didn’t celebrate Scalia’s death per se.

I was happy that he would no longer be in a position to inflict his damage on the US legal system.

Conservatives probably see no difference here.
