My overnight guests have wandered off for a bit leaving me alone on this gorgeous day to sit on the patio and babysit the turkey that is smoking beautifully thus far on the grill. Got most everything done so I have little cooking/prepping left to do. Great day!

I cooked our turkey last night in the oven. Topside was a little dry, but otherwise delicious. Whipped up some side dishes in about half an hour this morning, and we feasted well. Now we have the Vikings game on and are relaxing. Cleanup? Pfft, that can wait.
