Fair enough, but even a layperson can listen to the guy’s rants and think he is crazy. The people who attended school with Loughner were afraid of him before this shooting. Some of his teachers and classmates were afraid he would come back to the school and shoot the place up. What I wonder is why his previous behavior wasn’t cause to take more action before he went on his rampage.
