Yep. He’s tried to squirm out of that one with the federalism argument that it was good for MA, but for some reason not other states. Not too convincing.

It’s even worse now. Last I heard, he was basically saying it wasn’t *his* plan. His plan was twisted by the legislature into something totally different (Which he then mostly signed).
