Certainly not at all surprised the other top tier candidates haven’t gone much further than “disagreeing” with Trump. It is easy for Lindsay Graham to blow a gasket because he literally has nothing to lose. It is sad that nobody with a better chance of being nominated than Graham has gone half as far to condemn Trump’s “modest proposal”.

Rubio went after him I thought: “I disagree with Donald Trump’s latest proposal. His habit of making offensive and outlandish statements will not bring Americans together”.

So did Kasich: “The plan is just more of the ‘outrageous divisiveness that characterizes his every breath.”

But it was Paul Ryan who really smacked Trump, calling his idea: “Not what this party stands for and more importantly it’s not what this country stands for.”

And know folks here don’t like Dick Cheney, but you’ll like his reply to Trump: “I think this whole notion that we can just say no more Muslims, and just ban a whole religion goes against everything we stand for and believe in.”
