Is it a bad thing that I have become so discouraged that I do not know what to believe anymore? I have been hoping for change, and well, things have changed, but I guess I was hoping they would change for the better.

His speeches are like a shot of liquor to me- they go to my head, but the feeling doesn’t last long… I need a job, I want to keep my house…nothing about the speech made me think that anything will ever reach anyone like me.
