I don;t think there’s any doubt the blockade has an effect on Gaza. It’s supposed to in order to persuade them to stop the almost daily rocket attacks and reject terrorism of the elected Hamas leadership. Gaza is free to chose its own destiny. This is what they’ve chosen.
