The place: Camp Lejuene, NC, Spring of 2000

My battalion had just finished up a beach run and there were about 40 Marines in a bus, waiting to head back to the barracks when this song came on the radio. Of course I immediately started singing along. By the time the second verse came around, I had at least 6 or 7 back up singers who had joined in, and when the song hit its peak, I was walking back and forth and had the entire bus singing. What we lacked in musical ability, we made up for with volume and vigor.
