NOw I can’t say I’ve ever had Laotian/Cambodian and Indonesian but I have had Vietnamese. I enjoy Pho and Banh Mi sandwiches. One of my favorite food trucks had Banh Mi.

Laotian and Cambodian are pretty like Vietnamese, at least to my palate. Indonesian and Philippino likewise. (The crew of the cruise ship I took to the South Pacific was mostly Indonesian, and they served indonesian food at our dinner once, and sometimes at lunch. Excellent.)
