Worse, it’s going to dawn on them eventually that they’re partially to blame for his ass being behind bars, because he was rushing to “help” them and the FBI pounced at the opportunity to haul his ass away while he was clear of his “guards.”

Even if they should somehow avoid any significant jail time, they’re now marked people. They’ll never be taken seriously again in the militia circles because every one of their former “friends” will assume they’re FBI informants.
