Even Osama was laughing at the naivete of those hijackers who were unaware they were on a one way trip. Iranian nukes could lead to an Israeli nuclear umbrella for the Saudis and others. Iran would like to control middle east oil and so the world by threats of destruction to its neighbors, something Saddam failed to pull off thanks to GWB. Destroying Israel is not high on the agenda. Israel will make a mistake if it trys to take out Iranian reactors since it is unlikely to succeed. MADD is the better way.
