So a female soldier becomes pregnant before being deployed and doesn’t become aware that she is pregnant until she is on station and then she is subject to a court martial? Then adding to that they court martial the male spouse that impregnated her? Seems to me that this rule can open up a lot of traps for married service men and women.
Floating this idea—they pregnancy test before you are deployed, and female personnel go on Norplant or something until deployment ends?
