My Friday night rant…It’s getting late…
So you guys know I’m perhaps the pickiest eater in the world..
So after work I stop at this fancy joint to pick up an order of Chicken cordon bleu and put it in fridge and went out..So I come home and heat it up…
What is going on in America? Nobody can cook?
OK OK You don’t take a chicken breast roll up some deli meat and stuff in inside the breast and cook it with Col. Sanders 11 Herbs and spices and call it Cordon Bleu..
Doesn’t anyone remember? Chicken stuffed with a multitude of different cheeses to match the flavor of a lean meat like turkey..Melted and then lightly cooked in a heavy cream sauce and white wine…
I liked it then placed between French toast and eaten with homemade grape jelly..
Now that is Chicken Cordon Bleu!
