I went and did 30 minutes on the elliptical so now I am allowed to feel virtuous.

I did 45 minutes around 5pm. :)

Actually, good job.

The only reason I can do 45 now is I have been doing the elliptical for about 4 months now. My first two weeks I did 20 minutes at a time and collapsed.

Edit: And 45 minutes would be boooooooring without a tablet and some anime.
