biden has apparently already cut trumps evangelical lead by 11 points

I dunno: I get the feeling that that 11 points is likely to be the max Joe is going to pick up from that sector: I think that too much of the Religious Right (especially the fetus-fetish anti-abortion crowd) have just gone too much all-in for the Republican line, and put too much into backing Trump - unfit, irreligious asshole as he is - to shift much support to the candidate of a Party they have been shrieked at for decades as being the party of baby-killing, queer-loving, family-busting un-Christian Un-Americans. And also, Joe Biden, sincere Catholic as he may be, is going to catch flak from the hardcore abortion/contraception/homosexuality-phobic wing of his own Church - not, I think, that that will really damage his prospects much, but Iā€™m sure we will be hearing more from that quarter (like that Bishop who grumped online that the Dems hadnā€™t nominated a ā€œreal Catholicā€).

Oh, and by ā€œsupportā€, I mean PUBLIC support: I think a larger number of voters are going to be making their final decision in secret: as in secret ballotā€¦.
