Morning Lizardim from the cold and snow-bound wild north country. Some sun and temperatures around 25 degrees F (-3.9 degrees C) helped melt the roads, so it looks like we’re none the worse for wear from Tuesday night’s snowstorm. How go things among the lizardfolk on this ultimate day of 2020?

Tuesday’s snow sure caused a lot of car crashes on Wednesday though. I think we’re forgetting how to drive while staying at home. I know driving has felt oddly foreign to me for about 6 months.

How much snow did you get? Only 2” at my location, although I did have to shovel the snow ridge created Monday when the city finally realized they hadn’t plowed my side of my street after the Christmas snow. St. Paul has a 2-day system where they plow one side overnight and the other side the next day. They missed the second step in my whole little neighborhood.
