I am a 100% disabled veteran. My wife has insurance through her work and I am covered. We have a somewhat high deductibles. I think our out of pocket per person/family is 2k. Under b o would I have to pay my insurance limits before I could get my VA benefits? I realize this plan will be dead on arrival this time. I am just wondering what the full implication of this plan if it was ever enacted.
