There’s always pie in the sky terraforming. Mars maybe? I don’t think we’re anywhere near that kind of ability.

and i’m not saying that it’s not a good long-term goal. i think that it is.

but absent some gross misunderstanding about how to greatly exceed the speed of light during travel, we’ll need to develop wicked terraforming tech because we’ll be limited to our solar system…which then begs the question of why we wouldn’t then also be good at forming our own terra;)
